Celebrity Chef Shane Delia starts building his team for signature restaurant as VenuesLive opens bookings for Functions and Events at Brisbane’s Thomas Dixon Centre
Celebrity chef Shane Delia has made a passionate callout for hospitality professionals to join his team at the new-look Thomas Dixon Centre in Brisbane’s West End – the site of his first signature restaurant in Queensland.
The Thomas Dixon Centre is being transformed into a vibrant destination for dining, functions and events . . . blending arts, culture and the best of Brisbane’s culinary scene.
Chef Delia – celebrated for his bold, globally inspired flavours and entrepreneurial spirit and the owner of acclaimed Melbourne restaurants Maha, Maha East, Maha North, and Jayda, as well as Biggie Smalls outlets in Melbourne and Perth – will launch a yet-to-be-named restaurant at the Centre in early 2025.
“This is a callout to all hospitality professionals in Brisbane. I need YOU to get behind me to create some of the most exciting Middle Eastern Food Brisbane has ever seen,” Shane said today.
