In using this credit card payment service (the Portal) the cardholder (you, your) agrees to the following terms and conditions. Your warrant that you are an authorised user of the credit card.
By entering the credit card details in the Portal you authorise VenuesLive (the Operator) to charge the credit card for amounts owing to the Operator, including (i) Additional Costs, Estimated Fees, Cancellation Fees in accordance with the provisions of your agreement with the Operator; and/or (ii) as set out in our Invoice issued to you (collectively the Charges).
The Charges will be charged to your credit card within 5 Business Days of the due date for payment under your agreement / invoice or within 5 Business Days of the date on which the Charges were incurred by the Operator. You will receive an Invoice receipt confirming the Charges charged to your credit card. Please contact the Operator at [email protected] if you believe there has been an error in the Authorised Amount charged to your card.
