Shareholders

VenuesLive Management Services Pty Ltd (VenuesLive) is a majority Australian-owned company that delivers a range of services across the venues, events, and hospitality sectors. The company is co-owned by its founders, Daryl Kerry (Managing Director) and Steve Heytman (Chief Operating Officer), along with ASM Global, the world’s largest venue management company. Daryl and Steve have more than 60 years’ experience in the venues and events industry, having commenced working together at Sydney’s Olympic Stadium, Stadium Australia, prior to the 2000 Olympics.

ASM Global’s network spans five continents and includes a portfolio of arenas, stadiums, convention and exhibition centres, and performing arts venues worldwide. In August 2024, ASM Global became part of Legends Group, an industry-leading premium experiences company with six global divisions.
