I understand that a medical examination may be required as part of the selection process and I accept this requirement. I hereby agree to provide or undergo a Working with Children Check and/or National Police Records Check as directed by VenuesLive Management Services Pty Ltd.
I understand that the Company will collect and store biometric data solely for employee identification, fraud prevention and the clocking on and clocking off for shifts for payroll processing purposes. The company shall use a reasonable standard of care to store electronic biometric data collected meeting all legislative obligations. Currently the Company collects finger vein scanning to facilitate biometric security and employee identification measures as part of our overall business operation and commitment to excellence in the provision of venue management. All biometric data will be destroyed once employment with VenuesLive Management Services Pty Ltd ceases and will not be shared under any circumstance with any third party.
